These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Kudbi Enterprise (“we”, “us”) about the Monster KO mobile game, its online features and this website (together, the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Health and safety
Monster KO is a physical activity. You punch, dodge and move your whole body. Read this before you play.
- Talk to a doctor before you start if you have a heart, lung, joint, back or other medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or have not exercised for a long time.
- Clear a safe space around you: no people, pets, furniture, walls, ceiling fans or breakable objects within reach of your arms. Play on a non-slip floor and wear suitable shoes or play barefoot on a safe surface.
- Place your phone securely where it cannot fall. Do not hold the phone while you punch.
- Warm up first, stay hydrated and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort or nausea.
- Calorie numbers, punch counts, power scores and progress charts are estimates for motivation. They are not medical measurements or medical advice.
- Children should play only with an adult who makes sure the space is safe.
You play at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or damage that results from playing in an unsafe space or ignoring these precautions.
2. Who can play
The Game is made for a general audience. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (for example under 13 in the United States or under 16 in some EU countries), you may use online features only with permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. A guest account is tied to your device; sign in to keep your progress if you change or reset your phone.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
4. Online play and fair conduct
The Game includes friend duels, the Global Arena, leaderboards and friend lists. When you play online you agree not to:
- cheat: modify the Game, use bots, scripts, emulators or tools that fake your movements or results, or exploit bugs;
- choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or misuse the report and block tools;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our servers, or reverse engineer the Game except where the law allows it;
- sell, trade or transfer accounts, trophies or in-game items outside the Game.
We may reset results, remove names, limit online features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Opponents in the Arena are matched automatically; when no player is available at your level, the Game may match you with a computer-controlled opponent.
5. Purchases, virtual items and subscriptions
Virtual items
The Game has virtual items such as gems, gold, chests, cards, gloves and other cosmetics. They are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use content inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game, and are not your property. Chests give random items; the odds are shown in the Game before you open them.
Paying
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed by them under their terms. Prices are shown in the Game in your local currency before you confirm. Unless the law or the store's policy says otherwise, purchases are final. Refund requests go to Apple or Google:

Monster Pro subscription
- Monster Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, period and what Pro includes are shown on the purchase screen.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends). The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Game or your Monster KO account does not cancel a subscription.
- Use “Restore purchases” in the Game to restore Pro on a new device with the same store account.
6. The Game and its content
The Game, its art, sound, characters, code and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, including on social media, as long as you do not suggest we endorse you.
7. Changes and availability
We update the Game over time: we may add, change or remove features, rebalance items and fights, or require you to update to keep playing online. Online features depend on our servers and may be unavailable at times. We may stop offering the Game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the Game or on this website where we can.
8. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if the law requires it. When access ends, your licence to virtual items ends too, except where the law requires otherwise.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that pose tracking will recognise every movement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or virtual items, or personal injury caused by unsafe play; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the Game must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes go to the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless the consumer laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
